We will be with you every step of the way, right from the start with our extensive and incredibly detailed training course right thought to finding the right premises (when required) and employees and continually keeping you up to date with improvements to our existing training courses and the latest training courses to meet your client’s demands.

Here’s the support structure you get from Head Office when you come on-board as a Bua Training™ Franchisee.

  • Continual development and updating of every one of our many Software, Technical, Business Skills and Print & Web Design training courses to reflect lessons learnt and our understanding of best practice
  • Development and introduction of new courses to respond to the changing market place and customer needs
  • Sales & Marketing advice to respond to your local market.
  • Advice on locating, layout and fit out of your premises, when required
  • Staff and Freelance Staff recruitment advice
  • Bua Training™ Power Management System technical support
  • Provision of all required software licenses
  • Regular reviews by William and Maria of delegate feedback to ensure standards are being kept to the highest levels and to identify additional training needs

Training

Once you agree to become a Bua Training Franchisee and you’ve paid your fee, the first stage of your new career is training.

It will not surprise you to hear that we take this part of our franchise offering extremely seriously and have spent literally months preparing our training course and training materials. We wanted to create world-class materials and training that leaves our franchisees in no doubt that they’ve made the right decision - the perfect decision to join us. And we think we’ve achieved that goal.

Training is in two parts, firstly you and either your training consultant or your sales person will attend a two week course, learning about all of the services and courses we provide and of course learning how best to sell these services to potential clients. Secondly you or your IT training consultant will attend an additional four weeks of training, here at our head office in Dublin. During this intensive four week course, we will train you in a great amount of depth about all of our core courses, during which you’ll be given all the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to become a very successful Bua Training™ Consultant.

The training is carried out in the main by William, Maria (both highly respected trainers in their own rights) and other Bua consultants. With their input you can be sure of a 100 per cent skill transfer carried out in a light hearted but focused manner. Yes, we also have fun on our courses - life’s too short!

By the end of the final day you’ll have all the necessary skills to perform training ’miracles’ on any type of client!
